Holiday 2017: Becca Après Ski Palette.

IMAG8510_1

Becca has a few holiday offerings at the moment, but this is in my opinion the only one worth getting. I dunno, but I feel like at this point Becca has very little to offer in terms of new or innovative, like literally how many shimmering skin perfectors can you come out with? I mean…I know that’s your thing and whatnot, but for real? All of the new offerings are some form of shimmering skin perfector gift set, the exception being this little ditty here and while it does have skin perfectors it, that isn’t all it has.

Holiday 2016: Smashbox Light It UP L.A. Lights Palette

IMAG4985_2

Oh my god guys! I have such a backlog of products to review for you all. Three weeks ago my work schedule changed and I haven’t been able to write anything since then. Luckily, I was still taking pictures but not writing anything new, so I still have a lot of my vacation haul left to write about, plus a bunch of holiday stuff too. I’m gonna alternate them and maybe by December we can get through all of it, whaddya think? No? Probably not. By the way? If this doesn’t hit the airwaves till after 1? It’s cause I’m writing the night before and I’m hella sleepy so grammatical mistakes abound. And will need to be corrected.

Holiday 2016: Ciate London Chloe Morello Beauty Haul

IMAG5004_1

I have had this for weeks and I’m sad to say that until earlier this week, I hadn’t paid it enough attention to use and review it. I bought this before it dropped because it was already available in the UK first and I gots people. I was initially a lot more impressed with this looking at it online than I was when I got it, and it’s not because it’s not a good palette, it it is. There’s just not anything very spectacular about it.

Let me go straight on record saying that if you already have any of the Fun, Fearless or Pretty palettes that debuted earlier this year, then you probably don’t need this or you may. For instance if you were only able to afford one of them, or if you like me gave one of yours away to covetous individuals. I only have my Fun Palette left.

Holiday 2016: Jouer Essential Matte And Shimmer Palette

IMAG5103

I really need to get my life together. My blogging schedule is for crap right now, which sucks cause this time of year is the wrong time to be falling behind for real. Anywhoo…

I’ve been loving every single thing that I’ve gotten from Jouer so far, which is a bit sad. Lemme explain. This is really about the importance of advertising and marketing.

Holiday 2016: Bare Minerals Warm Light Dimensional Powder Duo w/Brush (QVC Exclusive).

IMAG5701

I’m not a huge Bare Minerals fan, in fact I’m not really a fan at all. But I was trolling QVC early in the morning because I had nothing else to do really, and because QVC generally has some really well put together sets of products that give you a bunch of extras that you won’t find in store, for a fraction of the price. They also have a more expansive collection of cosmetics brands than HSN who’s only  claim to fame really is Too Faced and Smashbox. QVC has Bobbi Brown, Algenist, Guerlain and Dior just to name a few.

Holiday 2016: Tarte Tarteist Paint Palette Collectors Set

IMAG4986_2

This is the Tarte big boy this year. This one is an Ulta exclusive, there is another one that’s available at Sephora, but from all reports it sucks butt and the shadows have little to no pigmentation. I almost got it too, but once I’d seen this on Instagram along with the blush palette, I decided early on that those were going to be my Tarte Holiday purchases this year. So I held out thankfully, because the blush palette turned out really well.

Holiday 2016: Jouer Limited Edition Matte Liquid Lipsticks.

IMAG5536

I told ya’ll. You knew it was coming. More. Yes friends, I got my hands on one of the Jouer Lip sets and lemme tell ya, it was not easy. The day these launched they sold out the very same day, and when I tried to get onto the site literally ten minutes after I got the email, I wound up in a two hour queue.
